Our urgent care is open seven days a week with no appointment necessary as a cost-effective alternative to the emergency room.

Primary Care

Make an appointment to see a primary care doctor at Sea Island Medical Care for a physical exam, diagnosis, or other condition.

Physical Exams

Do you need a physical exam for work, camp, or a sports league? Same-day physical exams are available via our urgent care clinic.

Covid-19 Testing

Register for curbside COVID-19 rapid testing at either of our Sea Island Medical locations. View test hours and available options.

Sea Island Medical Care saves the day again! They are the ONLY place I will take my kids for their flu shots and the days of them fearing their shots are OVER thanks to them. If you are lucky enough to catch them on a day when their sweet dogs are there, your kiddos fears and tears will be gone! Top marks to Sea Island Medical Care. Vinnie and the team were very accommodating and helpful in setting up a COVID test for my wife and I. Vinnie was able to assure us that the correct test would be available and ready for us when we arrived. Sure enough, we were in and out in about 30 minutes with our results.
